SWIFTAD LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "the Company") owns and operates the website https://www.slavicfeast.com and other related sub-websites of the Company (hereinafter referred to as "the Site"). We provide online shopping services via the Internet for anyone and offer convenient delivery services. (i) Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information;
(ii) After registering as a member, ensure you keep your username and password secure;
(iii) If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that any information is false, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and pursue any legal remedies.
1.4 If your information changes, please notify us immediately to ensure we can contact you.
2. Shopping and Pricing
2.1 When you shop, all product prices are as displayed at checkout. Unless otherwise specified, all product prices on this Site are in Hong Kong dollars.
2.2 The system will send an email to the email address you registered to confirm that we have received your order. This email does not constitute a delivery commitment for the ordered products.
2.3 We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to:
(i) Insufficient stock for the products you ordered;
(ii) Pricing errors due to human or computer mistakes;
(iii) Inability to arrange delivery for your chosen time or location.
2.4 We reserve the right to change the prices of all products without prior notice.
2.5 We reserve the right to refuse to sell products to anyone (including members).
3. Payment
3.1 We accept credit cards (VISA or MasterCard), PayPal, FPS (Faster Payment System), or bank transfers. Unless otherwise specified, all orders will be settled in Hong Kong dollars.
3.2 We use third-party payment services to facilitate online transactions. By proceeding to checkout, you agree that your credit card information will be collected, processed, and retained by the payment service provider.
3.3 We shall not be liable for any losses incurred while using a credit card for checkout under any circumstances.
3.4 We do not collect or retain your credit card information.
3.5 We reserve the right to change the payment methods for online shopping without prior notice.
4. Delivery Service
4.1 Free delivery service is provided for purchases over HKD 800 (net amount after discounts). For purchases below HKD 800, a delivery fee of HKD 50 per delivery (single location only) will be charged.
4.2 There is no delivery service on Sundays and public holidays.
4.3 Delivery does not include regulated areas such as the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, airport areas, container terminals, logistics companies/centres, warehouses, hotels, and receiving departments.
4.4 Delivery services will be suspended during severe weather conditions, including typhoon signals, red or black rainstorm warnings, or other emergencies (including severe traffic congestion). We will contact you to reschedule the delivery.
4.5 We will strive to deliver on your requested date but cannot guarantee delivery within a specific time frame.
4.6 You agree that we may use third-party providers to deliver products to your delivery address. Please sign the delivery note upon receipt to confirm the correct products have been delivered. Once the correct products are delivered to you, ownership and risk will transfer to you, and we shall not bear any further responsibility.
5. Refunds and Exchanges
Upon signing for the delivery, you confirm that the received products match your order. We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges.
6. Disclaimer
6.1 The Company and its employees do not represent or warrant:
(i) That all data on our website or any part thereof (hereinafter referred to as "Data") is accurate, complete, or reliable;
(ii) That access to our website or any part thereof will be uninterrupted, reliable, or free from errors;
