Return and Exchange Policy
If a customer discovers an issue after receiving the goods, they may initiate a return within 3 days of receipt.
Steps:
- Notify our customer service team via WhatsApp or call 54441443.
- Securely seal the product along with all packaging (such as boxes and accessories).
- Choose to either visit our office in Fo Tan for a return/exchange or wait for us to arrange transportation for the return/exchange.

Eligible for Return/Exchange:
- Goods received do not match the ordered items or goods received are damaged.
Not Eligible for Return/Exchange:
- Items without packaging, tags, or missing contents (must be returned with all accessories and packaging intact).
- Personal reasons such as ordering the wrong item or personal unsuitability.
- Damaged items that have been modified or used by the customer.
- Items returned more than 3 days after receipt.
- Certain items that are marked as non-returnable.
Shipping Costs and Time for Returns/Exchanges:
- For damaged or incorrect items: You must take photos of the item and notify our customer service. Once confirmed, we will arrange for the return/exchange.
Out-of-Stock for Returns/Exchanges:
If the item does not meet personal preferences or quality expectations, our company cannot process returns or refunds for these reasons. Individual issues can be discussed privately.
We will do our best to provide a replacement for returned items. Refunds will be processed within 3-7 working days after receiving the returned item, using the original payment method.
All terms for exchanges may be modified by Slavic Feast without prior notice, and we reserve the right to refuse exchanges. In case of any disputes, Slavic Feast reserves the final decision.
